🌱A Year in Bloom: The Story BloomShare4Free

We’ve officially been rooted in the community for one year! What began as the Marlton Seed Exchange has blossomed into BloomShare4free—a thriving local community of seed enthusiasts, hosted right here at the Evesham Library.

Our journey started in July 2025 with a single binder of pollinator-friendly annual flower seeds, generously donated by The Garden Club of Marlton (GCM). By September, our selection expanded to a second binder featuring native flower seeds for winter sowing, thanks to the wonderful contributions from the local chapter of the Native Plant Society and Chartwell Gardens.

Now, as of March 2026, our GCM members have come together to launch a third collection: ten different easy-to-grow herb seeds curated specifically for local culinary enthusiasts!

What’s next? Stay tuned to find out how you can share your favorite family recipes using herbs grown from our exchange. Whether you’re planting for the planet or for your plate, come help us grow our second year!
